
Building Capacity for Learner-Centered Implementation
A year-long cohort opportunity designed to support district teams in turning learner-centered priorities into actionable, sustainable strategies. Educators, school and district leaders, and other members of the learning community will explore how local policy, systems, and community engagement can support local change. Participants will work collaboratively to address local challenges and develop practical strategies that can be sustained over time.Together, participants will identify opportunities, develop practical strategies, and build capacity to sustain their work over time.
Participating teams must consist of 3–4 representatives, including district/school leaders and an educator/coach.
What Participants Do
District teams will:

Identify a local learner-centered challenge or opportunity

Engage educators, families, learners, and community partners

Build a shared vision and commitment for local change

Explore policy and systems opportunities to support that vision

Develop local strategies for implementation and sustainability

A practical plan for launching, learning from, and evaluating a locally relevant approach to learner-centered change.
